Return and Refund Policy


At Jenesis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure a hassle-free experience.


1. Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item that is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

 

2. Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


3. Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The return will be processed as a refund, and you can purchase the new item separately.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund or exchange. We will also cover return shipping costs for these cases.


6. International Returns (Outside of France):

For international customers, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service.
